COSMOTE, the first mobile telephony operator in Romania receiving a certification for Integrated Management System - Quality, Environment, Health & Safety 

COSMOTE Romania has become the first mobile telecom operator in Romania to hold a triple ISO certification for the Integrated Management System - for quality, environment and health & safety - issued by TUV Hellas, the certification and inspection body, subsidiary of the German TUV NORD Group. The company is proud to make this announcement, as a result of the entire team's efforts to develop and implement this system. All three Certifications, based on ISO 9001 for Quality, ISO 14001 for Environment and OHSAS 18001 for Health & Safety, were issued after an audit performed by TUV Hellas (TUV Nord) during June 25th - 29th, 2012.

Z Moreover, the triple certification shows COSMOTE Romania's commitment to provide excellence to all their customers, business partners and employees. These are not the first certificates received by COSMOTE Romania, as the company first started in 2010 with Certification of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001).

"The triple certification represents the reward for all the efforts made by our team to implement the internal policies, processes and procedures according to the standards of reference and requests from COSMOTE Group regarding three pillars: quality, environment and health & safety. Thus, these three certifications acknowledge us as a reliable partner, both for our employees and our customers. COSMOTE Romania has implemented starting with 2008 a business process model in line with COSMOTE Group, based on eTOM (Enhanced Telecom Operational Map) version 8 which easily permits the integration of all these Management Systems. The triple certification obtained by COSMOTE Romania has a validity period of three years.
