With hundreds of new homes "in stock", real estate developers are determined to get rid of the empty apartments this summer, not through marketing campaigns but price reductions, to under 1000 Euro per square meter. The list of cheaper residential areas includes both the peripheral and semi-central areas of Bucharest, as well as those in mountainside localities.
