Seitan: No layoffs at Ministry of Labor
Publish date: 15-04-2010Ministry of Labor is not going to further lay off some staff because enough people have been made redundant and the restructuring plan asked by the Premier represents "only some data" to determine the needed staff numbers, announced Labor Minister Mihai Seitan.
He pointed out there is no question "to fire ministry's personnel" because enough people have been made redundant.
"I provided some data on the already made redundancies and the existing posts. We can take some measures, but let us device them alone", he said.
