Cooperation agreements between Romania and Belgium signed in Bucharest
Publish date: 10-07-2009Five Romanian-Belgian cooperation contracts in the economic field have been signed on Wednesday in Bucharest in the presence of Albert II of Belgium at the end of the Romanian-Belgian Business Forum which took place in the context of the state visit the Belgian sovereign is paying to Romania over July 7-9. The contracts were signed between: SPET Shipping (Paunescu Group) and Ecoterres Holding (DEC-DEME Group), SCN and SCK-CEN, IFIN-HH and SCK-CEN, APCR and FEB (TBC), Brasov municipality and Tractebel Engineering.
On the occasion of the state visit to Romania of King and Queen of Belgium, the Alliance of Employers' Associations of Romania (APCR) in cooperation with the Federation of Belgian Enterprises organized the Romania-Belgian Business Forum, presided over by Albert II. The main goal of the forum was the strengthening of commercial ties and development of investments between the two countries, mainly in the sectors of infrastructure and agro-food sector.
