Interventions from European funds, reaction to effects of crisis
Publish date: 22-04-2009Romania appreciates the interventions from the European funds as veritable instruments of reaction to the effects of the global economic crisis, with the two countries, Romania and Poland to support the maximization of the absorption of such funds, Romanian Minister Vasile Puscas, head of the Romanian Department of European Affairs said on Tuesday, after his meeting with the Chairman of the Romanian-Polish Chamber of Commerce Jan Ziemecki, reads a release to Agerpres on Tuesday.
According to the abovementioned source, the two dignitaries focused on supporting such partnership between the Romanian and Polish companies, promoting the Romanian-Polish joint ventures, bilateral cooperation and also the participation of the Romanian companies to the international fairs organized in Poland.
During the meeting, the two officials discusses on the contribution of know-how brought by the Polish companies investing in Romania and the equilibration of Romania's trade balance in its relation to Poland through diversification of the export commodities.
