Dacia expands commercial range, invests another 40 million euros
Publish date: 06-10-2008Carmaker Automobile Dacia has presented the Logan MCV facelift at the Paris Auto Show, the Logan eco2 concept and the Sandero model equipped with 70 and 85 HP diesel engines. The new MCV facelift saw changes similar to the Logan sedan, which was launched three months ago. The company did not reveal the exact date for the new launches or the prices for the two models.
"We have not decided on a week for the launch yet, but it will surely be before the end of the year. We will unveil the diesel engine-powered Sandero at the beginning of next year. Sales expectations are moderate, because the current trend on the Romanian market shows a shift from petrol-powered vehicles to diesel, which is why we did not set a sales target," said Francois Fourmont, chief executive of Automboile Dacia at the unveiling of the models at the Auto Show in Paris.
