Bonuses up to 50 percent of recruitment employees' salariesUpdated: 16-09-2008 |
Employees in the recruiting field can earn bonuses amounting to 50 percent of their salaries, since their jobs have sales component.
"The income of a human resources advisor, whose job includes selling the company's services, can depend on meeting a certain target. The variable part sometimes exceeds half of the total salary," Senior Consultant at Arthur Hunt Romania executive search company, Sorin Roibu, said. Finalizing the human resources projects - recruiting, evaluating, training or advisory - can depend on the options package provided to employees, Roibu added.
Bonuses for human resources employees amount to 15 to 30 percent of the salary, the Managing Partner of Alexander Hughes Romania executive search company, Dana Patrichi, said. "Some companies may provide a low salary and award bonuses depending on recruitments," Patrichi said.
Bonuses are continually increasing in many companies. "Rewarding performance is right, because if an employee cannot help a company's development, he should make way for another one," says Roibu.
A human resources manager earns between €2000 and €3500 net, according to Sorin Roibu. Bonuses amount to 7-25 percent of the annual salary, plus other benefits.
