KBC Securities regains top position among brokerages on the capital market in AugustUpdated: 01-09-2008 |
Brokerage KBC Securities climbed back to the top position among brokers by the value of brokered deals, on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) in August, followed by ING Bank and BT Securities, according to data from the bourse.
KBC Securities brokered deals with shares and bonds worth 203.88 million lei, 18.53 percent of the total value of trading on BSE.
ING Bank brokered 9.6 percent of the deals worth 105.6 million lei and BT Securities 76.63 million lei.
The next in line were brokerages UniCredit CAIB which brokered deals worth 62.09 million lei and Raiffeisen Capital & Investment with 44.51 million lei.
Raiffeisen Capital & Investment was in July the top broker on the bourse with brokered deals of 186.94 million lei, followed by HTI Valori Mobiliare with 174.66 million lei.
