Romanian non-conventional advertising market exceeds that in the region
Publish date: 11-08-2008The Romanian non-conventional advertising market is above other markets in the region, but still well below Western markets, say specialists.
The internet is by far the most used non-conventional advertising channel, followed by In Store TV promotion, offered by Monopoly Media (plasma advertising in supermarkets, bars, and airports).
At the opposite end are olfaction commercials in public transport buses, on bicycles and special cars, or Bluetooth commercials.
To date, this type of commercial is available only through one company, MV.com (Motion Vision Communication), present on the Romanian market for the past 14 years. The agency expects turnover worth some €500,000 in 2008.
