UniCredit unit Bank Austria selling property assets worth around 700 mln eur
Publish date: Astazi, 18-02-2008Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG, a unit of UniCredit SpA, put its 700 mln eur property portfolio up for sale on Jan 31, a spokesperson for the Austrian bank confirmed to the weekly magazine profil.
The bank is selling its property assets deemed not necessary for use in its banking business on request of UniCredit, according to the article the latest edition of profil.
