Romanian Auto Register To Issue New Registration Cards Only For Euro 4 Cars
Publish date: 10-01-2008The Romanian Auto Register, or RAR, on Wednesday announced new vehicles that do not comply with the Euro 4 norms will no longer receive registration cards.
"As of January 1, 2008, the Romanian Auto Register does not certify and release registration cards for the vehicles that fail to comply with the Euro 4 chemical pollution. These norms are valid exclusively for new vehicles and for vehicles that did not own registration cards prior to entering Romania," RAR said in a statement.
