BCR mgt proposes dividend distribution
Publish date: 21-03-2007The executive management of BCR proposed 55% of the net profit to be distributed as dividends.
The 2006 financial results as well as the distribution of the profit will be discussed in the SGA that will be held on 23 April 2007.
Erste Bank owns a 69.15% stake and among other shareholders the five Financial Investment Companies held together 30% from the bank’s shares.
