ITC Networks leased 2,000 sq m in Northern Bucharest
Publish date: 27-02-2007In a recent transaction mediated by CB Richard Ellis Romania, ITC Networks leased an entire floor (2,000 sq m) at Novo Parc in Bucharest. The building is located on Dimitrie Pompeiu St., in a fast developing area, where several business parks are already taking shape. Prestigious international companies like General Electric, P&G, Orange, HP have placed their headquarters in this emerging business location.
Novo Parc is easily accessible from the city centre and from both domestic and international airports, offering very good visibility and signage opportunities. Only minutes away there is a Metro station, one of the main requirements of all future tenants.
The building offers large and efficient floor plates that stretch up to 2,000 sq m providing all the amenities and facilities of a class A office space. The building is serviced by large elevators and provides 24 hours maintenance and security management.
Among the important advantages that Novo Parc has to offer are the parking possibilities (1 / 70 ratio), in an area with heavy traffic, where parking has become an increasing challenge.
ITC Networks is a Romanian IT company specialized in software development for telecommunications and embedded systems, that was looking to lease space in a building with easy access to a main boulevard, well served by public transportation, close to their present headquarters.
The office space that CB Richard Ellis identified in Novo Parc was a rare opportunity on the market as large quality office accommodation is currently scarce on the market and required a quick decision from the potential client.
Viorel Lacatus, Head of Office department at CB Richard Ellis Romania appreciates: "We succeeded to secure this transaction due to our good relationship with the client. The quick response from ITC Networks was also essential and they made a fast decision, fully understanding the actual market conditions". The office space will be occupied by ITC Networks in May 2007.
ITC Networks representatives commented: 'This is the second time we work with CB Richard Ellis, after the successful first cooperation of last year, when we leased space at IPA Floreasca. This proves our satisfaction and confidence that CB Richard Ellis can provide the best solution to our requirements, even on a difficult market '
