The embassy of India changes headquarters in Bucharest

The embassy of India leased a 600 sq m villa for their new headquarters, downtown Bucharest.

CB Richard Ellis Romania offered professional advice for the lease of an elegant old style villa located in the centre of the Capital, Polona St.  It is a prestigious area of Bucharest, with an well established ‘diplomatic tradition’. Several other embassies and consulates have placed their headquarters in this high profile district, located only minutes away from Romana Square, one of Bucharest landmarks.

Access to the location is very easy, as public transportation is well represented in the area. Also, Henry Coanda International Airport at half an hour drive away.

The villa has recently undergone refurbishment works and has a built area of 700 sq m, distributed on 3 levels: basement, ground floor and first floor.

The top quality amenities include central heating system, air conditioning, internet network and security systems. There are several parking places secured for the building and the garden totals 280 sq m.
