ANRC dissolves
Publish date: 04-01-2007PM Calin Popescu Tariceanu changed the statute of the Authority responsible for Communications, but he kept its president.
Government decided to have the National Regulatory Authority in charge of Communications reorganised and dissolved and also decided on the establishment of the National Regulatory Authority in charge of Communications and IT, which will be reporting directly to the PM.
At the same time, Calin Popescu Tariceanu signed the decision releasing from the office of State Secretary responsible for energy issues in case of Kramer Alpar, the replacement of Darius Mesca at Ministry of Economy and Commerce.
