By July 15 Government will have preliminary record of damage caused by floods
Publish date: 11-07-2010By July 15 the Government will have a preliminary record of the damage caused by the floods, said Premier Boc on Sunday, at the end of the meeting of the County Committee for Emergency Situations that was held in Tulcea (south-eastern Romania).
"The Government has July 15 as the preliminary date for making a record of the damage caused by the floods. I am requesting that, by July 15, the local authorities should make known the preliminary record of the damage caused by the floods," said the Head of Government.
The Premier also informed that the Government would supply building materials to the people who lost their houses during the floods.
Till then, he said, the Government will place at their disposal modular houses so that people could have a roof over their heads.
Emil Boc also said that the Government would make the White Paper of the European funds. "Once a month ministers will publicly report, the mass media attending, on the way they managed to draw European money," he explained.
Premier Boc also warned against the health problems to appear after the floods.
